ISOLATED B CELLS FOR RESEARCH
Isolated from peripheral blood leukapheresis samples using density gradient separation and/or red blood cell lysis. Cells are collected using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation and high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles and CMV status) are available upon request. Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.

B cells are a subset of lymphocytes that are a component of humoral response in adaptive immunity and secrete antibodies. B cells also function as antigen-presenting cells. CD19+ B cells encompass early stages of B cell differentiation. CD19+ B Cells are separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation.
Used for a variety of applications, B cells are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, and other immunology applications.

FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT
Samples will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, charged to your FedEx account. They will be delivered to your address by 10:30 AM to most US destinations. You will receive email notifications from FedEx when your package is picked up and when it is delivered.
SAME-DAY COURIER
Your delivery will be handled by a same-day private courier with a 12 PM EST pickup, ensuring arrival within 4–8 hours of the sample being ready, depending on your location. You will receive email notifications when the package is picked up and upon delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To make any changes to orders or to cancel them, please send the requests to CELLABIOS at orders@cellabios.com and ensure that you receive written confirmation. Both parties must agree to change orders. Cancellations of products falling within certain categories will result in the application of designated fees.
Any change fee and cancellation policies specified in Scope of Work documents or for special projects take precedence over the fees listed above. Rescheduling is dependent on donor availability. Postponements or new requests with a rush requirement of under 3 business days may incur an extra rush fee.
